Who We Are Looking For ?The Global Supply Chain - Logistics Solutions team is responsible for software and systems that support TJXs world-class Logistics and Customs Declarations functions.Logistics encompasses all business operations dealing with moving merchandise from our vendors to our processing centres and eventually to our stores all the while managing all business operations to do with customs declarations.Our team is looking for Engineering Manager with a passion for technology, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to try new things to drive better solutions and get results. We want creative people that possess strong interpersonal skills to demonstrate leadership by example, not authority, and who can foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard.Our ideal candidate will have a combination of people leadership experience, solutions architecture, and engineering experience with enterprise application integrations. Our team is looking for a leader who is passionate about technology while delivering business value and developing our talent.Collaborate with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to ensure successful integration of their solutions with the companys ecosystem. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.What you will need ?We are looking for an Engineering Manager in Global Supply Chain Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to deliver high quality logistics application integrations and cultivating a growing team of engineers, managing the day-to-day progress of each team members professional journey while coordinating with other leaders to maintain a high-performing team.You will act as the technical lead of the team where you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of solutions but will also offer guidance and support to other members of the team. Although the position is leadership focused, we are looking for someone technically competent in the delivery of globally distributed, high-uptime applications, aligning technical vision while supporting the delivery of the product roadmap.You will be a champion of agile and you will work closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams.Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in software development and enterprise integrations
• 3-5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Experience managing a global function in a complex, multi-national corporate setting with geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Possesses comprehensive expertise in integration technologies, architecture, and methodologies such as ESB, API gateways, and data integration platforms like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft with a focus on data ingestion.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Strong team management and organization skills; ability to lead, motivate and direct a global workgroup
• Strong performance management skills to include coaching, goal setting, holding team members across multiple levels accountable for commitments
• Proven track record of experience with building and supporting scalable, high-performance applications
• Strong experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience in vendor and partner management, contract negotiations, and SLA management.
