What you will do:The Digital IT Operations is responsible for managing our infrastructure & configurations across our data centers/providers and supporting the production environments. The organization delivers capabilities that enrich the customer experience and provide business value. We seek a motivated, talented leader with a good understanding of infrastructure & application support, DevOps & Automation to help deliver stable, available environments across the Digital IT Org.What you will need:

• The Digital IT Operations Team thrives on strong relationships with our delivery & development partners and working diligently to address their needs which supports TJX growth and operational stability. On this tightly knit and fast-paced operational delivery team you will be constantly challenged to stretch and think outside the box.
• You will be working with product teams, 3rd party vendors and operational stakeholders to deliver availability & stability, data refreshes, automation capabilities and support for TJX production capabilities in our retail and e-commerce environments. You will be responsible for supporting our applications & environments. In addition, you will be actively coaching and mentoring engineers and developers in the product teams to help identify and resolve issues with technology and product processes.
• We are looking for a leader ready to contribute to the delivery of globally distributed, high-uptime applications, while being responsible for production support of TJX Retail systems, e-commerce, and managing. You will be passionate about growing out talent and living and promoting a strong engineering mindset to move our organization to the next level.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent Engineering skill set / training / work experience in relevant technical domain
• 5+ years experience in troubleshooting applications, monitoring system performance, managing configurations & infrastructure in one of these environments:
• Oracle ATG, Java, WebLogic
• Custom .NET / IIS front end websites with MS SQL experience
• Experience with DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Certificate Management & Automation, Performance Testing/Tuning
• Strong DevSecOps & Engineering Mindset
• Strong Communication
• Solid understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Experience using Akamai or other CDN Technologies.
• Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals.
• Shows a positive, open-minded, and can-do attitude.
• Proficient knowledge of at least two out of: Splunk, AppDynamics, Jenkins

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in scripting languages can be beneficial
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile team
• Good communication skills and teamwork focus mindset.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Service NOW
• Knowledge of IT Security & Compliance.
