Key Responsibilities:
• Handle entire IT operations and related activities, i.e., Hardware, Software, Server, Firewall, Security, License, Vendor management etc.
• CCTV Installation and configuration. Biometric management.
• Coordinating with HR department and identifying the new users asset requirement & coordinate with vendor for availability of the same.
• Asset allocation and new user id creation. Guiding them with do's & don'ts as per the companies IT policy.
• Coordinating with existing employees for IT asset & related activities.
• Assisting with server administration tasks, such as user account management, file server management, and backup and recovery procedures.
• Providing training and guidance to end-users on how to use IT assets and software effectively. Conducting training sessions, creating user manuals, and developing instructional materials as needed.
• Handling Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues reported by end-users. This may include problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices PAN India.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and other hardware devices. This includes upgrading components, installing drivers, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications used by end-users. This may involve operating systems, productivity software, antivirus programs, and specialized business applications.
• Modifying, and deleting user accounts in various systems and applications. Managing access permissions and security settings to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Setting up and configuring peripherals such as printers, scanners, and external storage devices. Troubleshooting issues with peripheral devices and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• Ensuring secure remote access protocols are followed.
• Providing remote technical support to end-users using remote desktop tools or other remote support technologies. Assisting users with technical issues and performing software installations or updates remotely.
• Documenting support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to common issues. Maintaining knowledge bases and technical documentation for reference by end-users and other support personnel.
• Assisting with network troubleshooting and configuration tasks, such as troubleshooting connectivity issues, configuring network settings, and monitoring network performance.
• Providing excellent customer service to end-users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Communicating technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Managing support tickets and service requests using a ticketing system or helpdesk software. Prioritizing and escalating tickets as necessary to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensuring compliance with IT security policies and procedures. Implementing security measures to protect against malware, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
• Educating end-users about IT security best practices and raising awareness about potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications / Preferred Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent.
• 4 year's experience in desktop support or a related IT role.
