Roles & Responsibilities- \xc2\xb7 Maintenance and troubleshooting of standard software packages. \xc2\xb7 Microsoft OS, System Software, Installation and upgrades. \xc2\xb7 Fault finding like MS-office / O 365 related issues resolution \xc2\xb7 Problems related to the usage of the internet and emails. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining Regular call Reports. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Internal authorities/Department for IT solutions. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Windows client and server OS troubleshooting \xc2\xb7 L1 Support for network troubleshooting \xc2\xb7 L1 Support for server standard roles \xc2\xb7 Timely Suggestions to improve existing the IT infrastructure \xc2\xb7 Maintain the asset list as per Customer Standard. \xc2\xb7 Basic Troubleshooting of the internet lease line. \xc2\xb7 Firewall/Network security basic troubleshooting and configuration. \xc2\xb7 L1 Support for standard Backup solution. \xc2\xb7 Hands on experience resolving hardware board level issues \xc2\xb7 Configuring BIOS settings ,BIOS upgrades \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting computer peripherals, like printers and scanners issues \xc2\xb7 Setting up new computer systems \xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on Cisco Switches, Cisco devices. \xc2\xb7 Should be able to resolves issues related to Antivirus software Bike is Mandatory Interested can share CV on admin@mbmpl.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
