In-depth capability and understanding of data center solutions, technologies, and their application around product & services related to:
o Server technology, in depth knowledge in IT upgradation/support o M365 Office suite o Monitoring of network services o Reporting and scanning of vulnerabilities in systems and network o Backup o Asset management
Performing system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, and network security devices, in accordance with the defined policies, standards, and procedures, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines, if any
Key Responsibilities
Performing installation and configuration management of security systems and applications, including policy assessment and compliance tools, network security appliances, and host-based security systems
Locating and repairing security problems and failures
Resolving M365 Office suite-related issues
Administering and maintaining end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights for all systems
Participating in infrastructure projects to develop, plan, and implement specifications for network and distributed system security technologies in support of key information systems.
Taking care of the change management policy and process
Knowledge of on-premises AD
Knowledge of DNS and DHCP
Key Competencies
Knowledge of MS office suite
Experience in troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues and addressing network issues
