Lead IT strategy and assure effective IT delivery for [SBG, Function] within Honeywell. You will be the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology. You will be a key member of the business leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives. You will provide leadership in improving IT process and developing IT team capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12 + years of Enterprise IT system deployment experience in handling large scale projects, PPM/ERP-PS implementation
• Proven experience with Project Management Profession and strong exposure to Customer Revenue / Large Construction & Deployment Projects and systems/tools
• Proven experience with Data Analytics, Generative AI & applications
• Good functional & understanding of one of the Portfolio Management solutions - Accolade, CORA, PlanView, SAP - PS
• Preference to be Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related discipline
• Ability to influence stakeholders and move toward a common vision or goal on Enterprise PPM
• Proven skills on large scale program management and change management
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Exceptional communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
