A day in the life of an Infoscion o As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. o You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. o You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. o You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. o You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems and if you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey, this is the place for you! Responsible for day-to-day operations and leading a team of server, storage and backup admins. Work with customer leads, application owners, and be the technical SPOC for client reporting and escalation. o Oversee software upgrades and management of infrastructure in a multi-vendor environment. o Work with vendors to POC new products and enhance capabilities of existing platforms. o Prepare, present operations SLAs, tasks, and project updates to the customer. o Support multi-vendor, globally distributed infrastructure environment. o Advise the customer about performance management, availability management, configuration management and reporting. o Solution preparation for migrating different workloads on-to standardized platforms, and consolidation particularly for remote offices. o SLA reporting, capacity trending and capacity planning for large, distributed environment running in Petabytes, and spread across globally.

Preferred skills: The candidate should have storage & backup background. Storage Technologies: Nasuni, Dell ECS, Dell Powerscale. Backup: Cohesity
