Will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients and driving renewals to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition to our cloud solutions and services. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their business needs, goals, and challenges. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to facilitate the successful deployment and configuration of cloud products and services. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner. \xef\x82\xb7 Proactively identify opportunities to expand and upsell additional cloud solutions or services based on client needs and usage patterns. \xef\x82\xb7 Lead the renewal process, working closely with clients to understand their evolving requirements and negotiate contract renewals to drive retention and revenue growth. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide product training, educational resources, and best practices to help clients maximize the value of our cloud offerings. \xef\x82\xb7 Track and report key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, onboarding success, and renewal rates. Qualifications \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making. \xef\x82\xb7 Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving customer success and satisfaction. \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other productivity tools. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS solutions is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From 1,200,000.00 per year Day range:
