Job Responsibilities.

• Configure and customize CRM software to meet business needs.
• Develop and execute project plans for CRM implementation.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for business insights.
• Integrate CRM systems with other business applications.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize CRM usage.
• Monitor and evaluate CRM system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Document CRM processes and procedures.
• Manage CRM-related projects and initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and technologies.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the development of CRM-related policies and guidelines.

Candidate skills and qualification requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM implementation and management.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data management and integration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
