Description :SUMMARYCloud DB Engineer (Cloud SQL, RDS or similar) maintain, manage, and administer the relational MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases in the cloud.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, manage and administer your relational MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases in the cloud
• Provision and configure cloud databases.
• Design and implement database security best practices.
• Perform database administration tasks.
• Monitor database performance and capacity.
• Perform database schema design, migration, and optimization.
• Proficiency in writing scripts using Python and SQL for database automation tasks
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues.
• Collaborate with application developers and other teams.

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science and engineering is preferred.
• Current coding experience and expertise in Terraform, Python.
• 2+ years of experience in cloud operations, Database, or related roles.
• Strong Exposure on various database(mysql,postgres,aurora,etc.,)
• MySQL Database Administrator Certification preferred.
• Google Cloud Certification preferred.
• AWS Certified Database (good to have)

• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with cloud-based database platforms \xe2\x80\x93 GCP preferred.
• Good to have Google Cloud SQL , AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, etc.
• Experience with database replication and high availability configurations.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting database issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
