You\xe2\x80\x99ll break new ground by:

Chapter Head

• Line manager for an international team of IT professionals.
• Plan required capacities for demands related to the Low Code service portfolio.
• Develop the team\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities for the functional domain, such as service management, project and provider management, solution architecture/development and consulting for the Low Code technologies Mendix, Pega and MS PowerPlatform.
• Manage low code demands/requests from different stakeholders and ensure timely delivery, incl. managing of situations with conflicting demands.
• Create an intercultural mindset as basis for successful collaboration.
• Drive transformation towards a collaborative OneIT (e.g. foster digital leadership skills, encourage autonomous teams, dissolve hierarchical behaviors, drive international collaboration, also with partners, etc.).
• Foster a growth mindset, act as a mentor and ensure an agile way of working.

Low Code Solution Architect

• IT architect for Low Code platforms Pega and Microsoft (Power Platform and Dynamics) incl. solution design for cloud-based IT solutions.
• Define architectural principles, guidelines and framework for low code development to ensure quality standards on platforms and increase the degree of reusability for applications.
• Understand the platform architectures of Pega and Microsoft and keeping them up to date with the latest developments as well as oversee and integrate them into the Siemens infrastructure.
• Advise and work on technical (implementation) solutions for customers and ensure that best practices and guidelines are applied, incl. addressing implementation challenges around security, integration, data modelling, app performance, deployment strategies, etc. by finding innovative solutions.
• Drive and manage processes related to Siemens regulatory requirements, e.g. Information security, Asset classification & protection, protection concepts for IT assets, data protection.

You\xe2\x80\x99re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Overall 10+ years of experience in a complex service environment, leading and working with multinational teams with internal and external team members as line and/or functional manager.
• Experience in driving employee empowerment and engagement, coaching and fostering professional growth and team transformation.
• Experience in managing internal/external providers to ensure stable Platform and Application Operations.
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Open-minded and strong communications skills.
• Many years of experience with building and managing emerging technologies preferably in Low Code (e.g. Mendix, Power Platform, Dynamics), Business Process Management and Automation (e.g. Pega).
• Solution and Enterprise Architecture experience, incl. systems integration, designing & implementing cloud solutions, of which at least 3 years with increasing responsibility.
• Proficient & hands on experience in architecting, designing and managing continuous delivery systems using Agile methodologies and implementing solutions in large IT projects.
• Deep knowledge about cloud platforms / solutions (e.g. AWS).
• Strong know how about Siemens regulatory requirements in IT projects & services, e.g. Information
• Security, protection concepts, Asset classification & protection (ACP) and data privacy.
