• \xc2\xb7 Be the Change Process Champion

• Work with Regional Teams to ensure adherence to Policies, Operating Instructions, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide support to GB/GFs and stakeholders for adoption of service improvements and new ways of working.
• Evaluate the Change impact to mitigate potential risk.
• Change Advisory Board (CAB)

• Facilitate Change Advisory Boards and maintain forward schedule of change activities for effective prioritization, concentration, and conflict management.
• Use the diverse knowledge base, skills, and expertise of each CAB member to provide a unique perspective before a decision is finalized.
• Review Change Requests for risk analysis, and impact evaluation.
• Capture attendance and actions, ensuring these are closed before the Change is implemented.
• Governance and driving Change Success

• Identify patterns in Change implementation to drive towards improvement of Change success.
• Drive increased quality through Change Request assessment and providing feedback to Change Owners.
• Facilitate Service Protection Periods
• Drive continual operational improvements
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve ways of work as per operational efficiency goals.
• Act as the POC to Regional teams and Global Change Enablement Team as required.
• Produce Management Information (MI) reports that provide meaningful insight of Change performance

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Over 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT Service Management with solid foundations and knowledge in the day-to-day operations of IT Change Management.
• Working knowledge with using Service Management toolset ServiceNow
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret the information
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experiences working in a global team with members across time-zones and regions
• An inquisitive, proactive mind-set, able to identify and resolve problems, draw conclusions and make decisions
• Ability to collaborate with support teams and functions to ensure Change Enablement processes are consistently executed
• Good working knowledge with Microsoft Excel required.
• Experience with use of reporting platforms such as QlikView will be an asset
