• Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• US Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST

Salary: ?30,000 - ?50,000 (Based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our web development company. The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork , Freelancer , and Fiverr , Sale Navigator, Apollo and will be proficient in writing compelling proposals for web development , WordPress , and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close new business through freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Navigator, Apollo).
• Write customized proposals for web development, WordPress, and digital marketing projects.
• Analyze client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of leads, follow up, and convert prospects into clients.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and bidding opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork , Freelancer , Fiverr , Navigator , Apollo .
• Strong proposal writing skills for web development and digital marketing projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Familiarity with US market expectations.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment .
