Job Title: IT Business Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 Clinical Supply ICSMCareer Level - EIntroduction to role:Join us at AstraZeneca in the IT department as an IT Business Analyst. This role is a key member of a wider SAP S/4HANA IT Design Team that will lead on defining the IT solution that will support our global standardised business processes. You will be specifically aligned to a process associated with one of the Clinical Supply processes under the Enterprise Process Owner (EPO) domain. You will work closely with the business teams in the process design to ensure alignment with S/4HANA best practice and SAP standard functionality. You will also foster the design for your capability through the appropriate governance forums.Essential Skills/Experience:Understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes including warehousing and distribution for clinical purposesConsistent record of delivering complex designs for a large business transformation projectGood collaborator management and social skills with Business and IT areasGood great teammate able to work across the program team and communicate in business and IT termsComfortable with ambiguity and possessing an agile and open mindsetProven ability to successfully deliver IT change across multiple locations and/or Business FunctionsGood leadership and influencing skillsStrong skills in business operations, communications, customer and partner engagement, and internal stakeholder managementGood interpersonal design skills and workshop preparationKnowledge of standard project tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, Solman and MS OfficeDesirable Skills/Experience:Certification in specific SAP S/4HANA lines of business or willingness to complete such certificationWorked in a hybrid environment with a mix of internal and external resources in multiple geographical locationsKnowledge of clinical supply processesKnowledge/experience of SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management.Capable of working in a direct and matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and IT functionsKnowledge of the S/4 and wider SAP application roadmap as it is relevant to your line of businessWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to encourage life-changing medicines.
