Availability: Immediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities: * Travel CRM Implementation:

• Deploy, configure, and optimize Travel CRM solutions.
• Assist in integrating CRM with third-party tools and platforms.
• Train team members on Travel CRM functionalities and best practices.
• Travel Packaging Solutions:

• Implement and manage travel packaging solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support the creation, pricing, and customization of travel packages.
• Ensure seamless backend operations for package updates and delivery.
• Backend Support:

• Monitor and resolve issues related to CRM and packaging solutions.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to users.
• Maintain detailed records of issues and their resolutions for future reference.
• Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align technology with business goals.
• Liaise with vendors and technology partners for upgrades and support.
• Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement improvements to backend processes for greater efficiency.
• Develop and document workflows, procedures, and guidelines.

• Proven experience (5-6 years) in implementing Travel CRM and Travel Packaging Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the tours and travel industry; familiarity with airline processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools specific to the travel industry.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting software and system issues.
