• Must have 2-5 years of experience in ITPA Development (Resolve Actions Express/Ayehu NG/Ayehu EyeShare)
• Good coding skills in PowerShell, Power CLI, Python, .Net, Shell scripting
• Knowledge in writing SQL queries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate flexibility by developing multiple workflows at a time
• Ability to prioritize and lead time efficiently
• Experience in administering Windows Servers 2012/2016
• Must have good scripting or programing experience in Python/VB.net/C#
• Knowledge about applications like Active Directory, O365, VMware, IIS, CyberArk, & SCCM will be an advantage
• Experience in extracting reports with ServiceNow
• Experience in creating and using Rest API
• Experience in troubleshooting issues with Resolve Actions Express
• Proficient in designing flowcharts using MS Visio
