We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Admin Assistant to join our team in Santej, Ahmedabad. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and security.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle the ERP coordination and Implementation
• Coordinate and Improve overall IT operations
• Providing end-to-end IT solutions to end users.
• Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems and attend hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
• Backup of user's data/ERP data/machine software data (barcode/HRMS)/ CCTV and management's personal data follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platforms, Windows Server, Active Directory, ERP, and Microsoft 365.
• Should have Information Technology, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Understanding of ERP modules and ERP software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
