Ensure effective management, compliance and control of IT software and hardware assets throughout their lifecycle by designing and implementing actionable strategies and maintaining accurate and holistic documentation that facilitates maximum return on investment and minimizes compliance risks.

What will your job look like?

• Take a key role in the Asset management & Business Continuity from vendor management perspective, for our managed account.
• Maintain and manage detailed tracking of IT Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) assets, and their related support/contractual agreements through its full life cycle.
• Produce periodic & ad-hoc reports to management and project teams, about asset purchases, agreements renewals, licenses key expiration,
• Assist in tracking installed licensed software to maintain legal compliance within vendor contractual agreements
• Assure Priority 1 escalations are addressed with the vendor(s) and responded on timely manner. Set proper communication channels between the vendor(s) and operational teams? stakeholders and management, until incident is resolved and analysed.

All you need is...

• Solid knowledge of inventory asset tracking and discovery systems
• Experience with implementing IT asset management best practice methodologies and life cycles
• Experience utilizing ITAM processes to drive opportunities for service improvement and savings
• Experience with online business process and procurement systems
• Previous experience leading human resources, setting goals, managing projects and motivating employees
• Proficiency in interpreting software contracts, licensing terms and conditions and product use rights for defined software titles.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Procurement or other computer-related field
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarization with various Operating System including HPUX, Solaris, LINUX, WINNT ? an advantage
