Established in 2006, _VOIS has evolved into a global, multi-functional organisation, a Centre of Excellence for Intelligent Solutions focused on adding value and delivering business outcomes for Vodafone.Job descriptionWe are looking for a trusted and motivated IT HR Product manager who can effectively develop and deliver the Portfolio vision, consulting the business and is passionate for innovation.The candidate will:

  • have deep technical, hands-on knowledge of SuccessFactors suite
  • have strong understanding of HR processes
  • have good understanding of cloud solutions and new technologies (like Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.)
  • have a blend of functional expertise and strong stakeholder management
  • deliver projects and initiatives in an agile/SAFe manner - driving a product backlog with business alignment, so that we ensure delivery across matrix teams and challenge vendors to address our priorities
  • serve as the key technology\'s point of contact to ensure effective support, advice and expertise on the design and best practice to exploit value from the product(s) the individual leads
  • produce and review end to end architecture for Mergers, acquisition, divestiture and Joint ventures
  • lead a team of internal and external suppliers to deliver complex M&A HR systems projects for the entire portfolio of Vodafone HR systems
  • influence and ensure future product strategy and SaaS vendors to meet the requirements of Vodafone technical and customer strategy
  • ensure compliancy with security, architecture, privacy/GDPR, SOX and audit controls
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and any other module
  • Understanding of Agile (SAFe ) and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • They will assist and advise on the target architecture vision, evaluating and supporting the prioritisation of business requirements, translating them into designs, principles, changes, and non-functional requirements.
  • Represent HR IT towards Business functions, System Integrators, HR Programme Projects, and current Live Markets solutions
  • Manage the cross Functional requirements impacting Employee Central, covering HR processes, touchpoints with other non-HR functions, areas as reporting, analytics, security, privacy, audit and compliance
  • Support RFI/RFP process in the area
  • Review and approval of Global and Local Technical enhancement and improvements, including further integrations & data migration approach
  • Responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art reusable solutions, implement new technologies to drive global scalability, revenues and cost efficiencies throughout Vodafone Group
  • Key contributor for the innovation of HR systems, including deployment of \xe2\x80\x9cFuture Ready\xe2\x80\x9d HR digital assistant
  • Represent HR Operations towards Markets Steering members and System Integrators for the releases, HR Programme Projects and current Live Markets for everything related to M&A
  • Manage the cross Functional review of requirements covering all HR processes - Core HR, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Learning, Performance and Goals, Reward,
Recruitment, Onboarding, Document storage & generation, HR Ticketing (and others)
  • Manage the validation process for business requirements and related business case/budget definition and approval
  • Review and approval of Global/Local Technical Enterprise Architecture, including further integrations & Data Migration approach
