The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to users. He or she will be patient and able to clearly communicate complex technical information to non-technical users. The IT Application Team Lead/Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for all applications supported by the team, including but not limited to configuration, break/fix, enhancements, development and integrations.
