From loose cartons for consolidation and palletised cargo to moving dangerous goods and bulk commodities, we have the experience, the infrastructure, and the global network to get freight moving \xe2\x80\x93 across towns, across countries and across continents.The roleWe are looking for an experienced IT Application Services Specialist to join our organization based in Bangalore.As the IT Application Services Specialist , you will:Lead in country engagement for CW1 deployments and lead additional deployments in new countriesSupplement existing CW1 knowledge by proactively understanding upcoming features and benefitsShare knowledge and proactively upskill offshore support providers with specialist module knowledgeMaintain a highly effective support framework for the CW1 portfolio of applicationsTake an active role in the initial implementations and ongoing upgrades of CW1 deployments within the regionInvestigate and analyse deviations to agreed support service levels with offshore providersProvide a level of customer service focus and responsiveness to ensure delivery as per service level agreementsIdentify continuous improvement opportunities for support and business processes to increase operational efficiencyAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will need:At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in working with CW1 (or similar freight forwarding enterprise application suites)At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in working with freight forwarding organizations At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT support services within a similar sized multi-national organizationExcellent written communication and presentation skills (English) Demonstrated experience operating in a global IT environment with application support and IT functions comprising both on and offshore resourcesBe ConnectedWith a bold vision and innovative drive, join our 20,000 colleagues as we lead industry change and transform how customers best meet their global supply chain needs in a meaningful and sustainable way.
