Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Job SummarySAP ABAP/HANA technical experience.Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering - BE / B.Tech.Preferably Worked on SAP-EWM module and EWM maintenance/support experience required.Candidate must provide demonstrated functional knowledge in SAP EWM with expertise in Inbound, Outbound and Internal processes.Experience in implementation / customizing / maintenance of a Global Template / SCM Core Solution.Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.Worked on integrated landscapes with ECC, APO, CRM and EWM systems would be added advantage.Required Personnel Skills:Able to work outside of first shift, including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and on-call rotations. We are a 24/7 support team in Bangalore.Strong verbal and written English communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. He/she is expected to prepare documents for new/complex issues / functions and share with team.Provide Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) and work across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organizationStrong ability to work independently and manage one\'s team, as well as, being a collaborative team memberAnalyze user requests and software requirements for feasibility of design and potential impact while cognizant of time and cost constraintsStrong ability to identify, interpret and evaluate user and system requirements. He/she should be able to interact with business in a timely and proactive manner to understand their problem and suggest solutions.Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issuesAble to respond to demanding target datesJob Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Root Cause Analysis of gaps in SAP-EWM module processesDevelop ABAP programs to support approved developmentsSupport existing custom ABAP development on SAP-EWM moduleExecute assigned technical component testing/Unit testing against agreed requirementsSupport error resolution during testing by functional team and business teamsWorks with other team leads to ensure integration across teamsResponsible for timely completion of deliverables with high qualityEnsure quality of deliverablesFollow support processes, with focus on ITSM incident managementBusiness partner communication to understand and resolve P2/P3/P4 tickets. Communicate to business partner issue impact and resolution. Handle business partner inquiries, coordinating the resolution with the various support groupsEnd to End Change Request Management Tasks.
