Job Title: IT and Data Coordinator for Interior Design
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT and Data Coordinator to join our dynamic interior design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of design software, and maintaining data integrity across all projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and an understanding of the interior design industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
IT Management:
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software used by the design team.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
• Ensure the security and backup of all digital assets.
• Data Coordination:
• Manage and organize project data, including client information, design files, and project timelines.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates.
• Implement and maintain a central database for all design projects.
• Software and Tools:
• Administer and support design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and ensure they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Administer and support brand (eg, CAD 6, CAD 6A+, Comscop and etc
• Train staff on the use of new technologies and software tools.
• Evaluate and recommend new software and tools to enhance design workflows.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers, architects, and other team members to understand their IT and data needs.
• Facilitate effective communication between the design team and IT department.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support and procurement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and data management, preferably in the design or creative industry.
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
• Proficiency in brand (eg, CAD 6, CAD 6A+, Comscop and etc
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language: Hindi, Kannada, English or any other.
