Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Administrative Functions:

• Perform routine administrative tasks, including file management, office supply procurement, and communication handling.
• Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
• Coordinate and support various departments in administrative tasks.

2. Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors, both domestic and international, to procure goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues or concerns.

3. Office Operations:

• Oversee general office administration, including supplies management, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage office-related contracts (e.g., lease, utilities, and service agreements).

4. Government Office Visits:

• Conduct visits to government offices to facilitate administrative processes, approvals, and compliance.

5. Inventory Management:

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including computers, servers, and peripherals.
• Plan for IT hardware/software upgrades and procurement.

6. Employee Support:

• Assist with onboarding processes by setting up IT systems and providing administrative support to new hires.
• Address day-to-day administrative requests from employees.

7. Technical Support:

• Provide first-line IT support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. o Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for advanced troubleshooting and repairs.

8. Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

9. Problem Solving:

• Address and resolve administrative issues promptly, ensuring a high level of efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance overall operations. REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in IT and admin executive role, with a focus on office management, vendor management, Inventory management and administrative functions.
• Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
