The Enterprise Digital Solutions provides innovative solutions using modern technologies to support key business needs, and as part of this team, he/she will take part in a fast-paced work environment with tasks consisting of software development, incident resolution, documentation, and strategic technological or process improvements.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 This will be a technical position and the incumbent will have the responsibility of collaborating within a small team of developers to deliver end to end business solution which adheres to the business requirements\xc2\xb7 3+ years of hands-on IT development experience\xc2\xb7 Work directly with the business users to understand business requirements, clarify ambiguities and devise appropriate solutions\xc2\xb7 Design system specifications and interfaces for cross-platform interacting components\xc2\xb7 Lead, mentor and guide junior technical staff and interns\xc2\xb7 Organize and prepare work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems\xc2\xb7 Follow our processes to provide updates, details and documentation on the applications supported\xc2\xb7 Seek and devise alternative courses of actions and solicit feedback for professional development\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other technical experts to discuss and decide the most plausible approach to business problem and devise the solution for the same\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with our global team of business analysts and solution developers to develop and validate specified solutions\xc2\xb7 Exploring new functionality to resolve user issues and enhance user productivity and experience\xc2\xb7 Working with the software vendor\xe2\x80\x99s support team to analyze and deploy vendor solutions to our problems\xc2\xb7 Application or system level ownership.
