Job Title: IT Administrator (System Administrator)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ?30,000 - ?45,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, routers, switches, printers, NAS, and IIS Web Services. Ensure proper functioning of networking equipment, including troubleshooting TCP/IP, switching/routing, subnetting, and Wi-Fi issues. Manage AWS infrastructure for public cloud services. Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues. Set up and manage employee accounts, permissions, email, antivirus, and other services via Active Directory. Perform system backups, recovery, and upgrades. Diagnose hardware and software faults, and debug operating systems. Automate routine tasks through scripting languages and configuration management tools. Ensure all servers, systems, and infrastructure comply with security policies and best practices. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and employees to handle IT-related requests and issues. Document network architecture, operating procedures, issues, and resolutions. Handle SQL Server and MySQL database administration tasks. Maintain IT equipment and other inventory records. Skills Required:

AWS, SQL, IIS, Network , LAN, and DNS

Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP), routing, switching, subnetting, and Wi-Fi

Experience with Active Directory management and security compliance

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT Systems Administration or related role

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the Windows operating system

Familiarity with network administration, security, and hardware

Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
