Role and Responsibilities:

System Management:

basic level Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems,

Network Administration:

Basic troubleshooting for internet.

Software Installation & Updates:

Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems

User Support:

Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

Backup Management:

Assist in the execution and management of backup systems and ensure data integrity and security.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of hardware and software configurations, system logs, and troubleshooting procedures.

Collaboration:

Work closely with senior IT staff and other departments to improve system functionality and user experience.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. Familiarity with Windows, Linux. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common IT tools. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Basic certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualities:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving IT issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
