Key job accountabilities:
• Manage the network and server infrastructure for our company. Configure network hardware such as servers, routers & switches.
• Ensure security of company's computer systems and electronic data. Ensuring utmost confidentiality in company data backups.
• Development and implementation of customized systems and overseeing all computer-related activities.
• Operations of network systems and communicate with other departments regarding their needs and questions on information systems and all type of IT support. Providing technical training to employees as and when required.
• Responsible for ensuring anti-virus/anti-malware are always up and effective.
• Responsible for finding & dealing with various vendors, making purchases, inventory maintenance & management of company IT infra; laptops, desktops, printers, licenses, internet/Wi-Fi connections, lease lines, VoIP, etc.
• Responsible for 100% uptime, setups, and maintenance of IT infra, networks, email servers, internet/Wi-Fi, VoIP connectivity.
• Responsible for assigning & record keeping of new desktop, laptop, licenses etc. to new joiners and ensuring recovery from employees leaving the company.
• Liasoning with USA and India team.
Required candidate profile:
• Excellent verbal and written English business communication skills for interacting with USA based team members/ physicians/vendors/patients.
• Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis experience.
• Desktop connectivity troubleshooting. Must be proficient in solving all IT related issues remotely.
• Application installation and support. Printer installation and support. Client VPN installation and support.
• Microsoft Office 365/Exchange user account management and support.
• Hands-on experience in user administration & management (AD, Office 365, VMWare, AWS/Azure etc.)
• Good conceptual & troubleshooting understanding of Windows and Microsoft architecture.
• Desktop anti-malware administration and resolution.
• VoIP installation, management, and support for Nextiva, Ring Central, 8x8 etc.
• Willing to cross train and cross learn other areas of IT, software support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
