Job Title: IT Administrator
Experience: 1 to 2 Year
Shift Timings: Flexible with Both Day & Night
Skill Set & Job Responsibilities:
• Technical Support:
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist users with hardware, software, and network-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• System Administration:
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patch management, and antivirus software management.
• Monitor system performance and security, reporting any anomalies or potential risks.
• User Account Management:
• Create, modify, and delete user accounts and access permissions as per company policies.
• Manage password resets, account unlocks, and access requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in user account management.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference.
• Generate reports on help desk tickets, system performance, and user support metrics as required.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing:
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for end-users on IT systems, applications, and best practices.
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall IT team's capabilities and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP),Jetking Certified Hardware & Networking Professional(JCHNP) , or equivalent are a plus.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
