Job Description

• Hardware management : Maintaining records of all hardware assets, such as desktops and printers, and ensuring they are functioning properly.
• Software management : Administering corporate software systems, applying updates and patches, and performing server patch maintenance.
• Farvision ERP Management :User management and support with day to day entries with different modules like finance, materials and construction. Identifying and reporting bugs to the farvision support team for resolution.
• Leadsquared CRM : Creating and managing users and user permissions. Monitoring lead flow and automations/ integrations. Reports preparations.
• Security : Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures, and implementing and maintaining firewall systems.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnosing, categorizing, and escalating technical problems, and providing technical assistance to end users.
• User support : Providing basic support for software, hardware, peripherals, and network access, and creating new user accounts.
• Data management : Backing up and archiving data, and developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Cloud services : Configuring and managing cloud services, and maintaining and operating cloud structures.
• IT processes : Ensuring the organization's IT processes align with business goals.
• Vendor relations : Maintaining vendor relations and license management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
