\xef\x82\xb7 Perform network, server, and application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance

\xef\x82\xb7 Perform software upgrades
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform hardware upgrades
\xef\x82\xb7 Take part in vendor management
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform LAN/WAN and security analysis
\xef\x82\xb7 Implement new software and hardware systems
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage change control
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage IT projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage IT vendors
\xef\x82\xb7 Perform hardware troubleshooting
