The IT admin Assistant will be responsible for directing and carrying out the day to day IT related office admin activities at the Bangalore office as well as carrying out similar activities for the global Vontier IT function. This role will report into the Vontier IT Infrastructure and Operations VP. This essential role is very versatile and forms the backbone for keeping the Vontier IT function running smoothly. In order to achieve this the Admin Assistant will carry out the following functions; generating and delivery of all Vontier IT related communications across the globe, and managing the invoice admin function for the Vontier IT related services and support, arranging global Vontier IT-meetings and providing relevant IT related assistance to the Vontier IT Leadership team.The IT admin assistant will be located at the Bangalore office and will therefore also be required to carry out the functions relating to office management at the Bangalore office, including office access, arranging meetings and catering, ensuring that meeting rooms are booked, transport is arranged where applicable for international visitors, assisting with employee onboarding and any other office management related tasks.WHAT YOU WILL DO
