Fast track growth & PnL ownership|Handling multiple clients About Our Client Our client is a renowned name in the Tech space. Good working knowledge in areas like Data Center Operations, NOC Operations, Server Hardware, OS Support and Backups monitoring. Responsibilities : Basic understanding of Servers operating systems Windows 2012, 2016 and 2019 servers Basic understanding of Redhat OS and its basic commands for general troubleshooting. Troubleshoot basic OS issues related to CPU, Memory and High Disk utilization on Windows/Linux Servers. Inform to relevant L2 Admins as per alert issues arrived of Windows/Linus OS. Inform to relevant Application Admins as per alert issues arrived. Scheduling, monitoring of archive backup and daily backup and troubleshooting. System health check and low level system administrator tasks. Do Events filtering on repeated issues as per requests. Escalate to L2 Engineer, opening War room, Communicating with system/App RP Monitor System alerts in various Dashboard and update alerts with status accoridngly. Analyze repeated alerts issues related to Server Hardware, OS and update to L2 Admins. Experience in Data center Systems monitoring. Undertand Server Dashboard portals and monitor their Health realted alerts. Identify areas of improvement and apply the automation to avoid manual efforts The Successful Applicant Desired Skills & Experience : Basic understanding of Server Hardware, OS and Network. 6 years of experience with good understanding in IT infrastructure VMware, Linux, Windows, Network, Windows, Storage. 3+ years of experience with Use and operation of ticket processing systems related ITSM process. 3+ years of Commvault backup and recovery experience.
