Responsibilities
• Providing first-level technical support on a wide range of issues to Company
Management and its staff.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Software, Hardware, Laptops,
Desktop PCs, Printers & scanners.
• Maintaining details of hardware assets with their Licenses, Warranty, AMC and configuration details.
• Ensuring incident ticket requests are closed on time and with high client satisfaction.
• Providing Level 1 support for Audio/ Video Conference infrastructure.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance and backup functions viz. backup, restoration and file server maintenance.
• Coordinating with the external vendors to ensure vendor level escalations are resolved within the agreed timeframe.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience working in a technical support role
• Good communication skills (e.g., phone etiquette, listening skills, and follow-up skills).
• Excellent customer service skills, capable of accurately and effectively troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
• Mobile Device support experience (e.g., iOS, Android).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?300,000.00 per month
