Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support with expertise in computer service, networking, and local server setup. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive computer service and support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Implement and maintain PC security measures to protect against viruses, malware, and other threats.
Set up, configure, and maintain local servers and network infrastructure.
Manage and configure DNS settings to ensure proper domain name resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Monitor network performance and security, applying updates and patches as necessary.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
Document IT procedures and create user guides for common issues.
Provide technical support and training to team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
