- Solve all website-related issues promptly.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance on the company website.
- Ensure website up time, performance, and security.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd Party Website /App team.4. Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff and users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise.
- Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of IT problems.5. IT Projects:
- Participate in planning and implementing IT projects.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.6. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT-related activities.
