About the Role
As our IT Admin, you'll ensure seamless operation of our IT systems, contributing to a productive work environment. You'll manage network systems, troubleshoot issues, maintain IT assets, and develop project plans for system enhancements.
Job Responsibilities:
• Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate, Cisco firewalls, switches, and VPN-related issues.
• Manage Office 365 and Linux-based environments, including troubleshooting OS issues.
• Proactively maintain network and firewall systems, conduct IT asset management, and develop project plans.
• Provide after-hours support for infrastructure emergencies and assist with new employee workstation setups.
• Document IT processes, maintain historical records, and coordinate IT asset purchases with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards, including security measures and data backups.
• Configure and maintain CCTV surveillance, and access points, and manage user accounts and email IDs.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, operating systems, and peripherals.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues and stay updated with IT developments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including after hours and occasional travel.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
