Job Summary: The IT Administrator will manage the daily operations of our office's technology systems while also supporting the HR team with various office tasks. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle technical support as well as contribute to office operations and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• IT Administration:
• Oversee the management and maintenance of office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware as needed.
• Conduct regular system backups and manage disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Ensure IT security by implementing and monitoring security protocols, managing user accounts, and safeguarding systems against malware and unauthorized access.
• Office Support:
• Assist the HR team with office-related tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office events, and maintaining office equipment.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company-wide meetings, events, and other activities.
• Handle logistics related to office operations, including coordinating with vendors and managing office space and resources.
• Technical and Administrative Support:
• Provide IT training and support to staff on new technologies and software applications.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and ensuring they have the necessary technology.
• Maintain an inventory of IT and office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and ordering replacements as needed.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Create and maintain records of office supplies, equipment, and service requests.
• Generate reports related to IT system performance, office supply usage, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in IT administration and/or office support roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments, networking, and office hardware.
• Administrative Skills: Experience with office management tasks, including coordinating events, managing supplies, and supporting HR functions.
• Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are desirable but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
