Responsibilities:

• Configuring and maintaining the system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
• Monitoring system performance network security to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
• Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
• Providing technical support when requested.
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
• Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree is required or an equivalent master degree is desired.
• Good experience in IT/System Administration.
• Must have programming proficiency, cloud computing knowledge, virtualization expertise, ITIL certification.
• Must have project management skills, vendor management experience, administration skills.
• Should have data backup and recovery competence, network security understanding, mobile device management knowledge.
• Required strong soft skills, and advanced certifications.
