We can solve this problem together. Our Issue resolution associate plays a crucial part in the mission towards the growth of the organisation by improving customer experience. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires Call, Email, and Chat communication with customers.
What will you be doing...
• Connect with the customers who reported issue
• Understand customer's journey & gather information regarding the problem they are facing
• Provide a "wow" experience to the customer by ensuring the issue is resolved within TAT
• Arrange priority resolution by following up with the internal teams
• Develop strategies to reduce the issue resolution TAT based on customer's feedback & journey
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's current promotions & processes necessary to meet or exceed the goals

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
