- Meet the deadlines of MTTR < average 4 hours in OFC cut / SDH Fail <2.5 H / MPLS network fail <4 H and MTTR-hardware replacement
- Reduce SDH, PC fault and link errors / link budget corrections
- Rollout / Up gradation of MPLS / DH Network
- OPEX reductions
- SW & DATA POP up time
- Integration / Alignment of Data O&M and Switch Operation with Transmission O&M
- Preventive maintenance
