• ISP Support L-1 Experience
• Back end support to installation team
• Home Router Configuration
• Wireless Device Configuration
• Back end support to the clients
• Knowledge of Networking (IP,LAN,WAN,TCP/IP,Wireless LAN, GPON)
• Generate support tickets
• Resolve support tickets
• Initiate works for field executives
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports on Customer Issue and Support Ticket
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Pay: ?8,500.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
