Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Engineering / MCA / MBA
\xef\x82\xb7 SAP Certification is added advantage
\xef\x82\xb7 ITIL/Service Management training is preferred
o Should have at least 5 years of SAP ISU-Billing experience with 2-3 years in SAP S/4 HANA projects
o Experience in minimum 1 end-to-end Implementation and 2 support projects.
o Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
o Experience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIs
o Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCs
o Proven knowledge of integration with ISU Device management & FICA
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
o Strong client-facing experience
o Associate should be able to travel based on project requirements.
o SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP ISU modules
o System configuration Complete Billing Master Data creation and maintenance, price creation, creating
BPDs, FDs, Rates, RFG, Schemas, Rate categories, Operands etc.
o Strong experience in Device Management area and Meter-to-Cash processes
o Knowledge of Complex RTP, TOU, profiles, Smart meter, Street Light and basic meter billing
o Well-aware of regulated/deregulated market billing scenarios, adjustment reversals, budget billing, out sorts,
bill/invoice locks, exceptions, manual billing, collective billing, etc
o Expertise in delivering E2E process of Billing and Invoicing: Bill processing and generation, rates
configuration, recurring/ non-recurring charges, usage charges, late payments, bill cycle processing,
reversals, discounts, taxation, Annual pricing changes, invoicing, bills on demand, bills upon contract
termination (Cancel/Rebill), split billing, budget billing, bill simulation, mass processing, bill printing and
electronic bill presentment.
o Worked with Bills and invoices, Reversal/ Correction of Document, Mass Printing, Different types of Rates,
bill validations, Multi Register Meters, Time of use (TOU) and customer communication letters-forms.
o Exposure towards DPC, custom variant configuration and backdated billing
o Deep understanding of TMD, BMD & Billing Master data, BPEM & Print workbench
o Wide knowledge of Billing Simulation and activities to carry out for smooth cyclic billing engine run.
o Worked on late invoicing, unbilled reporting and all standard ISU billing & invoicing methodologies.
o Master Data Migration (BMD, TMD, EDM) data between non-SAP to SAP ISU systems using EMIGALL tool.

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to participate in blueprint workshops / meetings representing client Business
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to validate Implementer\xe2\x80\x99s solution v/s Best Industry Solution
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to Prepare the Functional design document for the custom developments and Interface specification
\xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordinate with the technical team and clarify the doubts on the custom functionality
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to test all the custom development and ensure the requirement is met
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to plan and execute the Key user Training and User Acceptance testing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to support the cutover activities with focus on O2C processes
\xef\x82\xb7 Be willing to work in UAE timings
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for post-implementation L2 and L3 support including incident, service requests, change requests and problem
management
