### Your role and responsibilities


In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and provide specific, end-to-end Information Systems (IS) solutions/services within the defined scope. Each day, you will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units, IS Operations team members, and external third-party IS service suppliers in a "core and flex model," as advised. You will also showcase your expertise by providing consultation, input, and resolution for any incident, change, or project which has/might have a major impact on the relevant IS solutions/services. The work model for the role is:#LI- #Hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services in India/ Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: o Process practitioner for Knowledge Management. Monitor and report service delivery performance metrics and liaises with managers and customers. o Engage customers to benefit from self-help and knowledge solutions by managing existing knowledge databases and exploring potential improvement o Support onboarding to all Consumer Support Processes including knowledge gathering. o Analyze knowledge gaps, patterns and indicators of the issue and proactively develop a solution o Explore potential improvement opportunities by monitoring user feedback in the web (e.g. yammer, inside+)


### Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or college degree. Equivalent work experience may be considered with a minimum 5 years of experience
• Ability to demonstrate problem-solving attitude and ability to effectively work and organize work without supervision
• You are passionate about modern IT technologies with ability to implement the in complex environments
• IT Process Knowledge ITIL or relevant experience
• You are highly skilled in communication and networking in a complex, international organization, able to communicate in English with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in coordinating and supervising/influencing internal and external teams.
