We are seeking a skilled Iron CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Bagru, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality iron components and parts. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machining processes, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup:
• Set up CNC machines, including lathes and mills, for production runs based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Install and adjust tools, fixtures, and workpieces to ensure accurate machining.
• Operation:
• Operate CNC machines to manufacture iron parts and components, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance and precision.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot defects or issues in the machining process, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, quality checks, and any issues encountered during machining.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with engineers, programmers, and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and machining processes specific to iron.
• Experience:
• Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in a similar role, specifically with iron machining (1-3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with various CNC machines (e.g., CNC lathes, CNC mills) and their operations.
• Attention to Detail:
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in machining and adherence to specifications.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
• Safety Awareness:
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Education:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Work Environment:

• The CNC Machine Operator will work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise, machinery, and metalworking fluids. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.
