Review & verification of all processes, quality, food safety & GMP related documents on daily basis and ensure compliance of Plant hygiene & GMP implementation.

Review and ensure the correctness of critical limits of all CCP's (critical control points).

Sampling of all process centres at every 2 hours and analyse the particle size and physical characteristic(organoleptic) of product to ensure the homogeneity in output quality as per customer specifications.

Follow the concept of First Time Right (FTR) Product with Zero FG Rework due to IPQC failure and achieve final product quality with minimum rework, maximum recovery, and low bi-product generation at all stages.

Intime Sampling and analysis of incoming raw material (at factory or warehouse), semi-finished goods, finished products, by-products for the relevant analysis.

Perform the batch sampling of final product by USFDA BAM protocol and ensure that the samples are collected and submitted to Microbiologist in every work shift.

Personally, monitoring critical processes like sifter tailing in safety screening, allergen processing, container loading, etc.

Ensure line clearance and cleanness of equipment within 2 hours of intimation by Production team and ensure no cross contamination in next products, no product failure because of previous batch product cross contamination.

Zero customer complaint due to IPQC failure. Daily review and signature on the relevant documents. No NC due to non-conformance of records in third party as well as internal audits.

Maintain Traceability (forward & backward) - for individual batch. Batch traceability file should be completed before dispatch of shipment- (including PPIC/ allocation/ batch specific instructions/ mass balancing / non-conformity / process center details of monitoring and verifications.) etc).

Customer complain investigation should be completed within 24 hrs and compliant summary to be maintained.
