Job Summary:

The Junior Quality Assurance Officer supports the Quality Assurance team in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. This role involves assisting in the implementation of quality systems, conducting audits, and maintaining documentation to ensure the consistent quality of products.

Conduct online sampling of products during various stages of production.

Ensure samples are collected in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Perform checks on Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations.

Execute line clearance procedures before the start of production and between product changes.

Verify that all equipment and materials are properly cleaned and set up according to SOPs.

Assist in the preparation of stability and control samples as per protocol requirements.

Ensure proper labelling and storage of samples.

Issue BMRs and other necessary formats to the production team.

Ensure that all documents are accurate and up-to-date.

Conduct Quality and Validation (Q&V) activities as needed.

Review BMRs to ensure completeness and compliance with quality standards.

Collaborate with other departments to support QA initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 1- 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
