Our service portfolio includes patent search & analytics, patent prosecution, patent application drafting, strategic IP projects, competitive tech intelligence and Open source software compliance. We support SBG IP Counsels in managing their IP processes and portfolios.Key responsibilities: * IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting end-to-end IPSG clearance process with FTO searching including feature assessment and risk analysis with high level of diligence.

• IP Analyst II is responsible for managing own delivery including independent interaction with engineering & IP counsels, need assessment, formulating project scope and execution.
• IP Analyst II is responsible for assisting on strategic IP projects such as tech strategy research, white space analysis, enforcement, M&A IP due diligence.
• IP Analyst II is expected to apply significant product / technology knowledge of aligned business domain into the work.

Must Have1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering2. 3+ years of experience in intellectual property function3. Hands on experience in patent search & analyticsWe value: * Patent search and analytic skills such as patentability assessment / validity studies / FTO analysis / technology landscaping / due diligence is a must.

• Very good understanding of US, EP and India patenting systems.
• Excellent understanding of patent classifications, standard tools and databases, various analytics methodologies.
• Dynamically manage multiple expectations and conflicting priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent personal leadership, interpersonal skills and team player.
