• Recruit and hire top notch candidates following diversity with required technical competence and excellent soft skills that helps EITC deliver quality Continuously engage and follow up with teams to identify blockers in execution and support them in / by removing hinders enabling on time deliveries
• Constantly keep in connect with management and internal customers (stakeholders) to receive feedback, identify new requirements, project follow ups and ensure quick turnaround
• Ensure adherence to required quality standards and process in execution
• Ensure we innovate and be at the forefront of using modern technologies and best practices
• Safeguard that everyone in the organisation respects and lives up to the Epiroc values and follows all applicable policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading IoT projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of IoT architectures, protocols, and technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, React, Python, or Java.
• Experience working with AMQP, MQTT
• Experience with IoT platforms and cloud services (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
• Experience working with Git Hub and/or similar version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
