• Provide strategic direction for mobile development, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance mobile capabilities.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development for team members.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of mobile applications, managing project timelines, resources, and risks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during development and deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Contribute to the development of the company's mobile strategy and vision.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• Expertise in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) development.
• Proficiency with mobile development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to understand and map the E2E information system Architecture landscape.
• Ability to review and challenge the Requirements, Application Designs and NFRs in line with the Enterprise patterns and expectations.
